New Year’s Resolution: Reach More Customers in 2014

The key to a successful business is to know where you are going and how you are going to get there. At Suite 4, we realize that many of you reading this have the goal of reaching more customers in 2014, but do you know how you’re supposed to do that?

First, set an actual goal of how many customers you would like to serve this upcoming year. You’re more likely to be motivated if you have a goal in mind when doing business this year.

Make sure to set two different goals, a “doable” goal and also a stretch goal for yourself. By “doable” we mean something that you are likely to reach with a little extra effort put into your marketing. A stretch goal is something that may seem impossible, but not too impossible. It is something that can really drive us to exceed our own goals and expectations. It will help motivate you to put in a little more time and give a lot more effort in your marketing tactics and events.
