Suite 4 is a marketing company located in McMinnville, Oregon specializing in digital marketing, web marketing, design, lead generation, SEO, social media and more!
Join our Sales and Business Development team in our McMinnville offices as an Inside Sales Representative. This is an exciting opportunity with fast upward mobility, management opportunities, and excellent ongoing training in a fun, fast-paced, and energetic environment. We set you up with paid training, a database, and an abundance of leads daily, and then in turn you have the opportunity to get up and running quickly, grow your database, and get up in the income range of top earners – it’s all in your hands!
Skills & Requirements:
- Basic computer skills as you will be working out of our software
- Driven go-getters, hungry for success and $MONEY$
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Not afraid to close
- Able to contribute to our fun company atmosphere
- Able to learn fast – we need you up and running in 1-2 months tops!
- Fast-paced multitasking ability
- Persistent as it can take multiple tries to reach a prospect
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base hourly wage plus UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS.
- Bonuses could range from $500-$3000 depending on how many orders you helped bring in.
- Internal sales contests for vacations and other prizes.
- One-on-one sales training and support.
Other Benefits:
Upon successful completion of a 90 day Introductory Period, we offer a full benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, as well as flex-time schedules and two weeks-to-unlimited vacation time. We offer paid holidays, paid personal days, and paid vacation days.
Work hours are typically Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 5:00 pm with an hour for lunch.
